Our Story
The Mongol Aloy Foundation was established in 2010 with a vision to uplift underprivileged communities across Bangladesh. What began as a small initiative to provide education to orphaned children has grown into a comprehensive organization addressing multiple social challenges.
Our name "Mongol Aloy" translates to "Light of Welfare" in Bengali, reflecting our commitment to bringing positive change and illuminating the path for those in need. Over the years, we have expanded our reach to all 64 districts of Bangladesh, mobilizing over 55,000 volunteers nationwide.
Today, we operate various programs focused on education, healthcare, clean water, social welfare, and emergency relief. Our flagship "Sponsor A Child" program has successfully supported over 5,000 children with quality education and essential resources.
